Shannon Michaud is an Associate at Lynch, DeSimone & Nylen, LLP. She is engaged in the practice of commercial litigation with a concentration in real estate law, including valuation for eminent domain and tax litigation; environmental, zoning and land use. Much of her time is spent researching legal issues and drafting memoranda, including settlement agreements, discovery requests and responses to discovery, motions and other pleadings for matters before the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board.

Ms. Michaud also assists in drafting briefs to the Appellate Tax Board and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She is also involved in the tracking of deadlines for and preparation and filing of real estate tax abatement applications to various municipalities and appeals to the Appellate Tax Board, and preparation of various spreadsheets for settlement and trial purposes.

Ms. Michaud graduated form Suffolk University Law School (cum laude) in 2000. She graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University in 1995. She has been admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
